Food has always been my passion! I knew I wanted to be a chef at the early age of 15 and have been pursuing it ever since.
I have a 7 year old son Sebastien and he is my world! I opened this business hoping to continue doing what I love and also spend time raising my amazing son. So the good news is I get to bring the professional kitchen experience & food into your home. I won't bore you with my entire resume but I will run you through the highlights. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas Nevada. I've been a professional chef since 2009. I have worked for many amazing restaurants including Gordon Ramsay in Las Vegas, The Venetian & Palazzo, Bald Head island country club, Jules and The Green House Restaurant here in Wilmington NC.

Chef Stephane
AKA Frenchy
With 30 plus years of experience in this industry having Stephane on our team is a no brainer. This Frenchman can really cook and yes ladies he has the accent too ! We met while working at Gordon Ramsays Pub & Grill in Las Vegas. Stephane has cooked for famous people, famous chefs and even in the French Navy! He has traveled the world & you can taste it in his food. Stephane is also a proud daddy to our 7 year old Sebby & a huge football lover (soccer). His dream job would be doing something like Anthony Bourdain did but he is doing the next best thing cooking for you!
Chef Kayla
Born with a whisk in one hand and a passion for people in her heart, Kayla's culinary journey began at a young age, side-by-side with her grandmother, turning simple ingredients into family legacies. As a dedicated mother of four, she understands that food is more than just nourishment—it is the glue that holds memories together. Blending a bubbly, go-getter personality with the precision of a professional bartender & Chef, Kayla brings a unique, "made-with-love" experience to every event. She loves serving up meals that feel like a warm embrace, with flavors that honor the past , and celebrate the present. Chef Kayla is amazing at what she does & her favorite part of being a private chef is helping clients create lasting memories with their loved ones! We are so lucky to have such a talented chef & bright light on our team!

My grandma (77) has been cooking for my dad ,5 uncles and my grandpa for many years. She is a pro in the kitchen. Grandma Vickie has always cooked with me & supported my dreams. She is excited to work and stay busy doing what she loves. How lucky am I to have my very own grandmother working by my side on this fun adventure ?! The best memories get made in the kitchen.
She is the biggest blessing!
